The Minnesota Twins were walked-off in their series finale to the Cleveland Guardians 4-3 in 10 innings on Thursday afternoon.
Christian Vazquez and Carlos Correa each drove in a run for Minnesota.cSimeon Woods Richardson gave up two runs over 4 ⅔ innings in a no decision. Cole Sands tossed 1 ⅓ of scoreless ball in relief. Louie Varland, Griffin Jax, and Jhoan Duran each threw a shutout inning out of the bullpen. Justin Topa only recorded one out in the 10th inning before giving up the walk off hit.

The Twins are now off to Fenway Park for a weekend series against the Red Sox. First pitch for game one of their series will be at 6:10 p.m. on Friday night. Joe Ryan will be on the mound for Minnesota while Brayan Bello counters for the Sox.
Minnesota enters the weekend with a record of 13-19 while Boston is 17-16 on the season.
