Vikings take down Packers to conclude the 2025 season

The Minnesota Vikings defeated the Green Bay Packers 16-3 in the 2025 season finale.

J.J. McCarthy completed 14-of-23 passes for 182 yards before exiting the game with a hand injury. Max Brosmer completed 7-of-8 passes for 57 yards in relief.

Justin Jefferson led the receiving core with eight receptions for 101 yards. Additionally, Jefferson joined Randy Moss and Mike Evans as only the third receiver in NFL history with 1,000+ receiving yards in each of his first six seasons in the league. Jalen Nailor added three receptions for 49 yards.

Jordan Mason led Minnesota with 14 rushes for 94 yards. C.J. Ham added a rushing touchdown, his second of the season.

Eric Wilson led the defense with nine tackles followed by seven tackles from Blake Cashman. Dallas Turner and Jay Ward added six tackles apiece.

Will Reichard made all three of his field goals of 43, 37, and 25 yards.

The Vikings finished the season with a record of 9-8.
