Vikings trade for RB Mason

(Eagan, MN) — The Minnesota Vikings are upgrading their backfield. The Purple acquired former 49ers running back Jordan Mason in a trade with San Francisco on Saturday. Minnesota then signed Mason to a two-year deal worth seven million dollars. Mason rushed for 789 yards and scored three touchdowns last year.

The Vikings also signed former Packers linebacker Eric Wilson to a deal over the weekend.
