Wild drop home game to Devils

The Minnesota Wild came up short against the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday night, as the Devils stopped their four game losing streak with a 5-2 win over the Wild.

Ryan Hartman and Marcus Foligno each scored for the Wild. Jesper Wallstedt had a tough night in net as he saved 24 of the 29 shots he faced and he surrendered a goal with just 10 seconds remaining in the second period which started a string of four staight goals for New Jersey.

Minnesota fell to a record of 26-12-9 on the season. The Wild will now host the Winnipeg on Thursday. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. with game coverage available on FanDuel Sports Network North.
