MILNOR, ND — A Milnor man is dead after a fatal crash with a 4-wheel ATV Sunday afternoon.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the vehicle was traveling southbound on 138th Avenue South when he lost control and entered the east ditch. The ATV overturned, coming to rest on top of the driver, a 60-year-old Milnor man. The man died at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation by state authorities.
