Mild weather here to stay? Last freeze behind us? Rain chances?

Spring appears here to stay.  Tuesday morning we dipped into the upper 20s and it looks like that may be our last freeze of the season as all long term models are indicating a shift to mild weather.  Plenty of sunshine today with mild temps near 70 but a bit on the breezy side with winds out of the S at around 10-20  As we head into the weekend, we do stand the chance for some isolated showers but as you can see by the map no widespread heavier totals.  If you have outdoor plans this weekend, go ahead and plan them.  Sunday could be the "wettest" day but Saturday looks ok.  Long term models warm things up next week with mid to upper 70s with another shot for rain around mid to late next week.   Enjoy the spring weather but we really need some rain and at least there is some in the forecast.
