Perseid meteor shower peaks with great viewing conditions, breezy and cooler forecast, summer temps this weekend

Perseid meteor shower peaks over the next few nights where you should be able to see about 50-60 meteors per hour.  Skies will be clear both nights so great viewing is likely.  Look NE into the night sky for best viewing, although the meteors will radiate from all areas.  We will continue with our dry weather with temps in the 70s and 80s  through the end of the week before temps warm up over the weekend into the 80s and 90s.  Summer warmth will continue into early next week.  As we transition into the middle of next week, our upper level winds turn in out of the south/southwest which means more moisture works into the area with higher humidities and daily chances for storms.
