FLOODING BY LATE WEEK

Flooding will start to occur across the area later this week as a combination of quickly moderating temps along with an approaching storm system will cause flooding along the Red, Buffalo and Wild rice rivers.  Temps will be mild through most of this week before cooling occurs by the upcoming weekend.  1/2" to 1" with locally higher amounts of rain will occur by Sunday.  The precip may end with some wet snow mixing in.   River levels will continue to rise.  Please use caution when travelling later this week along the river basins.
