A slight risk or level 2 of 5 has been issued for most of North Dakota and northwest Minnesota. Through the late morning and afternoon, scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop. A couple of storms could be strong to severe. Scattered storms will continue into the evening and additional storms will be possible through Tuesday night.
The main concerns will be wind and hail.
