Are you seeing some of the ducks flying south already? That’s a sure sign of fall weather is coming and the rest of this week will really feel like FALL!!! What about the potential for frost? Right now, the potential looks LOW. Temps Thursday morning will dip into the upper 30s over the F/M area BUT parts of NW Minnesota may dip into that 36 degree range which is “flirting” with some frost.

After a cool and windy end to the week, we start to see temps turn around as much warmer weather pushes into the area for the middle and end of next week with highs reaching back into the 80s:

According to the LRC, we will start to enter the “stormy” part of the LRC cycle around the 11th. Now our midrange models are agreeing with the LRC as stormy weather expected by the end of next week:

So, our roller coaster ride in weather will be evident with everything from 30s to 80s. Gotta love fall around the N. Plains.
