Few showers, return to smoke, summer warmth coming

We’ve had some pretty nice early June weather this week with 70s during the day and pleasant 40s at night.  Great sleeping weather with no smoke!!  Our weather pattern the rest of this week will hold a day to day chance for mid afternoon/evening pop up showers/t-showers across the region.  However, nothing widespread and not a whole lot of moisture:

Less than .10 through Friday with the “pop up” showers with the more concentrated rainfall to our south.   As we head into Sunday, a brief shot of much cooler air (60s to low 70s) pushes in from Canada and along with that……you guessed it, some more smoke.   The good news is next week I see a pattern change to bring us much warmer weather into the 80s and it looks like it’s here to stay for awhile.  So long 70s, it’s time for some summer warmth!!!
