Is this the LAST frost of the season? Likely YES!! It was a chilly morning with lows in the upper 20s to low 30s across the area: \Now we begin a nice warm up with summer like temps by Memorial day!!! A day filled with sunshine today with temps in the mid to upper 60s and Thursday looks nice too with a bit of a breeze and temps warming further into the lower 70s. As we start off the Memorial Day weekend, a storm system will bring rain Friday afternoon into Saturday with cool temps in the low to mid 60s. How much rain? Here’s a look at a couple of models outlooks:
A pretty good soaking of around 1/2″ or so through Saturday morning.
As we head toward Memorial Day, temps will warm up NICELY into the 70s and 80s. Temps on Memorial Day across the area should reach the mid to upper 80s!!!
