Heat and humidity will be building over the next few days and along with the heat and humidity will come increasing chances for storms. In fact, severe storms are possible Thursday and Friday evening/overnight.
Main threat would be damaging winds and hail with any of the storms Thursday and Friday. A hot and humid weekend is ahead with temps in the upper 80s to low 90s with much cooler weather falling into the 70s by Monday. Rainfall through the end of the week should average 1/2″ to 1″ with higher amounts possible in any localized t-storm.
