Can you believe summer is winding down?? Although we still have some summer heat left, we’re seeing more signs of fall weather. This weekend is going to be our first sign of fall weather!! Labor day weekend is just around the corner too and typically after labor day weekend we start to see more fall weather enter the picture.
So, what does September look like according to the LRC??? Let’s take a look. First off, remember the stormy weather we had in the state around Aug. 6th? Well, that stormy part of the LRC cycle will return around mid Sept. according to the LRC:
Temperatures for the month will come pretty close to average with quite a bit of 70s:
I think we will see a couple more 80 degree days in August even though the LRC is not predicting anything out of the upper 70s. The new LRC cycle will start up around Oct. 6th and by mid to late Nov. we will have a good handle on what the rest of the winter looks like. Stay tuned…..
