A quick moving “clipper” system will be pushing through the area Friday night into Saturday. Model data DOES indicate snow, but how much?? I’m sure you will be hearing different amounts thrown out there and don’t buy the HYPE. Here is a look at several different models and none are producing anything significant:
Model consensus, and I agree, is that this will be a minor event. Only one model is cranking out around 1″ while the majority paint out a trace to .2″ With that being said, I’ve seen these clipper systems come out a bit stronger so it’s something I’ll be watching closely. If the system slows down a touch, amounts could approach 1″
