GRIGGS COUNTY, N.D. – A woman faces multiple charges after deputies find nearly an ounce of meth in a vehicle during a traffic stop in Griggs County.
The Sheriff’s Office said a driver was pulled over on Thursday, April 30 at Highway 200 and Highway 1 in between Glenfield and Cooperstown for failure to display registration plates.
Authorities say they found a substance that looked like drugs along with packing materials and drug paraphernalia. The substance later tested positive for meth.
Thirty-eight-year-old Jennifer Smith was arrested on suspicion of meth and drug paraphernalia possession and driving under suspension. Her bond has been set at $500.
