OTTER TAIL COUNTY, Minn. – A Denver man is severely injured after a crash east of Dalton, Minnesota.
It happened around 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 29 at the intersection of county highways 12 and 39.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office said 29-year-old Hernando Murillo failed to stop at a stop sign causing it to T-bone a pickup towing a trailer driven by 59-year-old Andrew Lacy of Fergus Falls.
Authorities say Murillo wasn’t wearing a seat belt, has severe chest injuries and was life flighted to the hospital. Lacy wasn’t hurt.
No charges have been filed and the sheriff’s office says alcohol isn’t a factor in the crash.
