Man in custody after Cass County car chase ends in crash

(Fargo, ND) -- A man is in custody after leading a North Dakota Highway Patrol trooper on a chase that ended in a crash.  

A trooper had conducted a traffic stop near mile marker 338 on I-94 Monday afternoon when the man drove off. The trooper chased the vehicle into West Fargo when the vehicle overturned at the intersection on 40th Avenue West. The driver wasn't injured in the crash.  

Charges are pending against the driver and an investigation into the incident is continuing.
