Fargo Police arrest attempted murder suspect

(Fargo, ND) -- After a busy day Monday for the Fargo Police Department, an attempted murder suspect is now behind bars.

Authorities say 27-year-old Tyler Earl Mollner was successfully arrested without incident and taken into custody by Fargo Police Detectives on Monday at 6:16 p.m. in a parking lot in south Fargo.

A felony arrest warrant was issued on Monday afternoon for Mollner for attempted murder and aggravated assault–domestic violence as a result of actions related to a domestic assault involving a stabbing on the evening of Saturday, February 12th in south Fargo.

In the meantime, a separate report of a high-risk search warrant was also put out by Fargo PD around 9:30 a.m. Monday morning. That took place near the intersection of 14th street south and 25th avenue south. There is currently no more information available on that separate investigation, as it continues to be active.

The case involving Mollner also does remain under investigation.
