New West Fargo Elementary School inching closer to name

(West Fargo, ND) -- West Fargo's newest Elementary school is getting closer to being named.

The School board will begin discussing finalist names at its meeting Monday evening for the new school, which is going to be located west of Veterans Boulevard and north of 52nd Avenue South.

The names included are Dakota, Frontier, Heartland, Meadowlark, Prairie Rose, Rocking Horse and Veterans Elementary. While some names may be removed with support from a majority vote, a final decision is expected by the April 25th board meeting.
