(Fargo, ND) -- If you or a loved one is experiencing grief, help is available.

"Grief really is any reaction or feeling we have in relation to a loss or a significant change in life," said Heather Larson, Grief Support Supervisor with Hospice of the Red River Valley.

The agency is offering a range of free support groups and Grief Classes for all ages, and for a range of experiences, whether experiencing the loss of a spouse, a child, a parent, or any other loved one.

Classes and programs are also offered online.

They include "Grief Journey for Adults", "Loss of a Young Partner", and a "Children's Grief Retreat". Larson says this year a special program for children experiencing grief will also take place at the Red River Zoo.

"That is really what we do at Hospice is to support our families and the community when they've had that significant loss of a loved one and kind of go through the grief that they face with that loss," said Larson.
