(Fargo, ND) -- Hospice of the Red River Valley is set to offer a Journeying Through Grief class for adults 18 years and older who have experienced the recent loss of a loved one.
This class will help people better understand the grief process, explore methods of self-care and embrace and carry memories with themselves as they move forward.
"Our grief support classes offer attendees a safe, supportive environment for learning about their grief and talking with others who have experienced a loss through death," said Hospice of the Red River Valley officials in a statement released to WDAY Radio.
The grief class is free and open to the public. The class will meet Thursday, April 20th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Hospice of the Red River Valley, located at 1701 38th St. S, Suite 101, Fargo, N.D.
