(Fargo, ND) -- Two men accused of robbing and stealing from a person are now in custody and facing felony charges.

The Fargo Police Department says they received a report at approximately 5 a.m. on Tuesday. The report says David Vernon (43, West Fargo) and Jonathen Krueger (40, no permanent address) entered a South Fargo apartment unit and assaulted someone, taking the victim's cell phone and injuring them. Authorities did not find Vernon or Krueger near the scene, in the 1000 block of Page Dr. in South Fargo, and issued a Temporary Felony Want for both suspects.

On the same day at approximately 2:40 p.m., Krueger was arrested by the West Fargo Police Department, with his vehicle being seized by authorities as part of the investigation. On January 10th, Fargo Police identified and arrested Vernon in South Fargo at approximately 2:45 p.m.

Both Vernon and Krueger are facing felony robbery charges.
