Former Fargo Public Schools athletic trainer sentenced after sexual assault of High School student

(Fargo, ND) -- A former teacher and athletic trainer for Fargo Public Schools has been sentenced to 3-years in prison for sexually assaulting a high school student.  

37-year old Levi Tande was convicted of sexually assaulting a 15-year old boy who went to him for help with hip pain. The boy told police Tande put his hand up his shorts. The boy recorded part of the assault on his phone.  

Tande was also given five-years of probation and must register as a Sex Offender.
