Fargo Police arrest man after allegedly finding drug paraphernalia in vehicle

(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo man faces drug paraphernalia charges.  

Brady Poitra (24m)  was arrested along Main Avenue Tuesday morning after police arrived at the scene of what was initially a medical assistance call. Police found Poitra asleep in his car, and when he woke up, he allegedly told them that he had fallen asleep after running out of gas.

Police say they spotted drug paraphernalia inside the car, and Poitra was arrested and taken to the Cass County Jail.
