(Honolulu, HI) -- The last state with an indoor mask mandate is putting an end to it.

Governor David Ige says Hawaii's indoor mask mandate will officially end on March 25th when the state's COVID emergency proclamation expires. Ige said he feels comfortable dropping the requirement since cases are trending down and vaccination rates are still high.

He added, however, that masks will still likely be required in places like schools and airports.
