(Grand Forks, ND) -- Grand Forks is getting a new shopping center.
City officials announced Tuesday that the Seeger Family is coordinating the construction of the 28-thousand square foot shopping center. The developers have been part of the community for over 85 years.
'The Grove' will be located on the southwest corner of South Washington and 40th Avenue.
This comes as the future of the Columbia Mall remains in question as ownership could be set to change again for the second time in roughly a decade.
