(Grand Forks, ND) -- Grand Forks will keep its needle exchange program in place.
The Grand Forks City Council voted yesterday to keep the exchange program but will limit the needles to ten per request regardless if the number returned is greater.
The exchange program is designed to reduce infection for those who inject substances but to also reduce the spread of Hepatitis C and HIV.
