(Rudland, ND) -- A Rutland man is behind bars after he allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl last Tuesday.
Police say 19-year-old Ethan Lewis Hildebrandt faces single counts each of felony gross sexual imposition and endangerment of a child, as well as misdemeanor charges of sexual assault and contributing to the deprivation of a minor. Prosecutors say Hildebrandt plied the alleged victim with marijuana and alcohol before sexually assaulting her. The victim says she told the suspect 'no' multiple times during the encounter.
Hildebrandt remains in custody at the Richmond County Jail.
