(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo man is in custody after he allegedly broke into a stranger's apartment and got into a fight with the man living there.
Police were called to an apartment along Third Avenue South on Tuesday night, finding a man who didn't live there when they arrived. He was identified as 26-year-old Demetrius Grice-Butler, and officers arrested him for burglary. The apartment's tenant was home at the time of the break-in, and both he and Grice-Butler got into a scuffle, resulting in minor injuries to both men.
Grice-Butler has been booked in the Cass County Jail.
