Shanley High School students to take part in "March for Life" in Washington D.C.

(Fargo, ND) -- Nearly 60 students from Shanley High School will begin an annual pilgrimage to Washington D.C on January 17th to participate in the "March for Life".

“The March for Life is a unique moment for our students to actively add their voices in support of human dignity and the lives of all who are affected by the harm of legal abortion,” said Reverend William Slattery. “Our students will join hundreds of thousands to march in defense of Human Life, from conception until natural death. Please pray for our students, for safe travels, and for the promotion and defense of human life in our nation.”

This is the 15th year students from Shanley will take part in the event described as the "world’s largest annual human rights demonstration".

Students will travel 24 hours by bus from Fargo to Washington D.C and return on January 21st.
