STAPLES TOWNSHIP, Minn. — A car hit a bear on Highway 10 in Todd County, but only minor injuries were reported, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
The crash happened in the westbound lanes near milepost 106 in Staples Township.
Troopers said a Toyota Corolla was traveling west when it collided with a bear in the roadway.
MSP reports the driver and passenger of the vehicle were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
There was no update on the condition of the animal.
