(New York, NY) -- Apple is shutting down again because of the COVID surge.
More than 20 stores are closing nationwide, with 11 of them in New York. Customers can still order products online and pick them up, they just can't go inside to shop.
The company is dealing with staffing shortages but also wants to avoid spreading the omicron variant. Experts have warned cases will soar higher than the 150-thousand reported last week.
