(Wilmington, DE) -- Hunter Biden will appear in federal court Tuesday in Delaware where he's expected to plead not guilty to gun charges.
The president's son was indicted on three felony firearms charges last month, including unlawfully possessing a gun as an illegal drug user.
The charges come after a prior plea deal to see the gun offenses dismissed fell apart following scrutiny from a federal judge.
Hunter's attorneys have called the charges illegitimate.
