Thunderstorms Finally... More moisture Mid-Week

As we go through Monday afternoon unstable air will move into the area. This will allow some convective storms to fire. Most of these storms look to fire in Minnesota however some isolated "weaker" storms could pop in the area I have circled below with enough moisture transportation. Some of these storms could reach severe conditions, again most of that looks to be in central Minnesota where a marginal risk has been issued in the image above from the SPC (Storm Prediction Center). Strong gusts and hail will be the main concern with this activity.

As we go into midweek wider spread rain is in the forecast for ND. Some much-needed moisture to limit the "moderate" drought we are in. As well as to lower the near-critical fire conditions.
